Delete your MYBOXai account

In the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. You'll be signed out right away.

By email: write to hi@trymyboxai.com from the email on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets deleted: your account, inventory, photos, quotes and data choices. Everything is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Email us during that time if you change your mind. We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself, as the law requires.
