Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Savage Props LLC ("we", "us"), which operates MYBOXai. By using the app or trymyboxai.com, you agree to them.

  1. Who can use it. You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms. If you use MYBOXai for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
  2. Your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  3. Your content. You own the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run MYBOXai for you, plus any optional uses you turn on (see the Privacy Policy).
  4. Acceptable use. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, illegal content, or photos of people without their permission. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's data.
  5. AI suggestions. AI identify gives suggestions that can be wrong. Check them before relying on them, including for prices, values or listings.
  6. Selling and marketplaces. MYBOXai can open third-party marketplaces (such as eBay or Poshmark). Those services have their own terms; we're not part of any sale.
  7. Plans and payments. MYBOXai is free to start. If we offer paid plans, prices and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
  8. Availability. We work to keep MYBOXai running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Savage Props LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
  10. Ending. You can stop using MYBOXai and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes.
