Do I need AI to use MYBOXai?

No. AI identify is optional and off by default. You can type item names yourself.

How do I turn AI on or off?

Settings → Data & AI choices.

A photo shows as a gray box. What do I do?

Open the app on Wi-Fi and keep it open for a minute; photos that haven't uploaded yet will finish. If it stays gray, email us.

Can I use it on a new phone?

Yes. Sign in with the same account, and your inventory and photos load from the cloud. Guest accounts are saved to one device until you link an email in Settings.

Can I import my spreadsheet?

Yes. Settings → Import Studio takes a CSV or Excel file.

How do I sell an item?

Open the item and tap Sell: copy the listing text, save the photo, and open eBay, Poshmark or another marketplace.

How do I delete my account?
